Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items showing any signs of wear, perfume, makeup, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or altered abayas
- Undergarments, where applicable
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email erumsabayas@hotmail.com and include your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
