Delivery Timeframes: Expect your order within 3-5 working days.Please allow 7-10 working days during busy promotional and sale periods.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking reference number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking system to update.

Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier will either leave it in a designated safe place or leave a 'While You Were Out' card with further instructions.

Depot Collection: If you are instructed to collect your parcel from a local depot, please ensure you bring a valid form of ID.

Order Cut-Off Times: UK Next Day Delivery is a fully tracked service. To receive your order the next working day, please place it before 1:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Late & Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note that Public Holidays are excluded from these timeframes and may cause delays.

Delivery Windows: Deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We are unable to take specific morning or afternoon requests.

Tracking & Notifications: Tracking details are provided upon dispatch. On the day of delivery, the courier will send an email or text with an estimated time slot and options to reschedule if needed.
