Thank you for visiting and shopping at Erums Abayas. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

• Royal Mail Tracked48: £3.99 (Estimated delivery: 3 to 4 business days)
• Royal Mail Tracked24: £7.99 (Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 business day)

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

• Local Delivery: Available for addresses within 5 miles of our store for a fee of £4.99. Deliveries are made from 9:00am to 6:00pm on Monday to Friday.

• In-Store Pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Wembley. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Damages and Lost Packages

Erums Abayas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
